Wallet and transaction screening
AML/KYC verification services
Blockchain investigations
Compliance consulting
API integration services

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be at least 18 years old

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by AMLBot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMLBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMLBot from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform.
